Todd is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, specializing in the taxation of entrepreneurial businesses and their shareholders.

He has completed levels I, II and III of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In depth Taxation Program and is a current member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Todd graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, London.

Arun (Ernie) Nagratha, BBA, CA

Ernie is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, specializing in expatriate taxation. He has completed levels I and II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In depth Taxation Program.

Ernie graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto.

Wayne Bewick, Bcomm, CA, CFP, CPA

Wayne is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant, specializing in expatriate and international taxation.

Before joining Trowbridge, Wayne spent numerous years at Deloitte specializing in expatriate and international tax services. He has completed levels I and II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In depth Taxation Program, is a current member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and the Financial Planners Standards Council. Wayne is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Wayne graduated with a Bachelor's of Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal and is fluent in French.
